Alexia Kelley serves as the President and CEO of FADICA-Catholic Philanthropy Network. Lesly Joseph is an agronomist and statistician specialized in biostatistics. Lesly was born in the community of Limonade in Haiti, and obtained his diploma in Agronomy from the Université d'État d'Haïti in 2014. He then completed a masters in tropical agriculture with Atlantic International University in Hawaii in 2015. Finally, he received a full scholarship to complete a second masters in Belgium in 2019.

Stephen Collette supports Father Joseph‘s nonprofit websites and supplies the web hosting and server maintenance. He is a Software Engineer with over 35+ years of experience, including the development of several accounting systems. His Connecticut company now develops, advanced, eCommerce (online ordering) systems which have been released in Haiti as a farm2table system to not just connect people in need of food with the Haitian farms, but also to connect any needed resource with those in need. Stephen has an ASEE & a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Haven, CT.
